Ron,
To produce a PDF from VCF you need to use a "PDF" printer - the Wholly
Genes one doesn't seem to consistently work for me - I have to use Acrobat
Distiller. However, you and your print shop may not get the result you want
as the final printed product. If your chart is small enough to fit within
the largest page size that your PDF printer will allow as a custom page
size then you will get a satisfactory print if they can print it all.
However, if you chart is larger than the magic number (various PDF writer
have different limits - 45in , 54in, 129in, 258in as maximum custom page
dimensions), then your print shop needs a RIP (raster image processing
software) that it allows it to print the successive pages without a margin
break at page change so that the final output appears contiguous.
I hope that you succeed.
