One of the good things about getting a new computer is starting off clean and fresh. Installing an old version of TMG and then applying an update isn't as clean as installing the most current version directly. So, if you have a high-speed internet connection, I'd suggest you download the latest install program (35MB) and start from there. Backup your TMG data and settings on the old PC and then restore that backup on the new PC. If you have a home network, it's very convenient to have both PCs on the network so you can easily move files around.
