Dear listers,

I used to make and update (with 4.0d) a new data set from my main one.
Now I'm using 5.15 and seem to be missing something. I have a flag that
identifies everyone for the new data set but can't find where to set
this flag to get all the people I want. I've tried using list of people
and that my be the place for this but how do I get all these folks with
my "Fitch_dec" flag?
