Jim, I assume he means the instructions on the WG website, at
http://www.whollygenes.com/tmg5uk.htm#existing near the bottom of the
page. Is that what you were referring to, Doug?

I would think that would convert all standard tag types, but I'm not
sure about the effect on any custom ones.

Indeed I was.

Unfortunately even when converted the tags did not change for standard tags
let alone custom.

I'm still waiting for a response from the help desk.
