How much do you want to spend?

Photoshop Album is probably the best, my family uses it to keep track of
10,000 slides that we scanned on a Nikon film scanner. I think it costs
around $49.99, but usually comes bundles with other packages.

However, Picasa, is probably the most popular, for sale on the web a number
of places for $26.95 and it was recently acquired by google of all things

I don't use it personally, but lots of folks swear by it.

Another choice is ACDSee from ACDSystems The current version 6.0 is $49.99

Some of the Tech Support guys I work with swear by this product.

I would check them out carefully because you can't change from one to
another easily.
