I use my laptop to carry data with me and of course that also gives me a backup. I do this by using "Restore" on the laptop and using the backup file I made on the desktop. I always get a message saying that I am trying to restore over an exisiting database and do I really want to do it - I answer yes and it all seems to work.

.Is this the correct way to transfer the data? Am I running any risks in doing it this way?
