Sue,

Are you using 4.0 or 5.15?

Subject: [TMG] Surety values

Hi,

I don't like the way I started using surety values and would like to erase
them and start over. Is there any way to do this universally? I have set
up filters for the various tag groups, so I know which tags have entries
with sureties, but manually removing them is time consuming.

I looked at John Cardinal's utility and thought maybe there would be a way
to if I changed from one source to another. If I change from one source to
a newly created source (it would just be the same source with a different
number) would the sureties be left empty? Since this problem is primarily
with 3 or 4 sources this might work for me.

When the list was down I asked a question about "unknown spouse" that
appeared in my reports. While I am not sure the question got to the whole
list I did receive a couple of responses via personal e-mail. When I
imported from Generations all the divorces came over without a second
principal and that is where the "unknown spouses" were created.

Thanks,

Sue in Lapeer Co.
