Do you have lots of citations and exhibits? You can cut down on the
number of citations by using unique end notes. If you have many
internal exhibits, try making them external. Also try saving the
report, a journal report I assume, in WORD 2.x. There were problems in
Ver 4 with saving and opening reports to later WORD version.
