Thank you very much, Terry and Jill. I don't know why I couldn't find the "Tag Type" when I tried it on my own........too impatient, I guess. Anyway, it took about 5 minutes to check them all (not many, thank heavens) and I'll file the answers away for the next time!

I'd suggest a List of Events report with a filter like:
Tag Type... Label = {name of tag type here}
Under Options set the Output columns with something helpful, like
Prin1 Last, Given and Prin1 ID, and if its a tag you use with more
than one principal, maybe also Prin2 name and IS.
You can run the report to screen, and since the report can stay open
while you work in TMG, that may serve your purpose. If you want to
"check off" the names as you review them and there are quite a few, I
like to run the report to Word, and use the highlite feature to mark
off each name as I review it.
