I use a desktop and a laptop. I use the briefcase option on the laptop
which I the update prior to starting any work on the laptop and then when I
am finished. This ensures I don't do work on both and really mess things up.

To access the briefcase, right click in the middle of the laptop's screen.
When the dialog box pops up, click on 'New', then choose 'Briefcase'. Open
the briefcase, and follow the directions to make a 'sync copy' of the
folders you want to share between two computers.

I use my laptop to carry data with me and of course that also gives me a
backup. I do this by using "Restore" on the laptop and using the backup file
I made on the desktop. I always get a message saying that I am trying to
restore over an exisiting database and do I really want to do it - I answer
yes and it all seems to work.

.Is this the correct way to transfer the data? Am I running any risks in
doing it this way?
