I too suffer from the issue Ron describes above.

Sometime last week, I posted a message to the list about getting the
exact same error; I was trying to run reports via the Report menu. I am
unable to run a single one of any type, as far as I can tell. It is, I
believe, the first time I've tried to run reports since upgrading to
5.15. I have had this problem before in previous versions of TMG,
although those times it happened only to one or two types of reports at
a time. All files that TMG says it cannot find (*P0505.rrw) are exactly
where they should be when I check the directory via Windows Explorer.

I got no response from the list re the message I sent out and thus sent
the same message to WG support. To date there has been no
acknowledgement from them that I contacted them with an issue, let alone
any information or suggestions on what to do or try.
