Terry and I had responded to Doug Johnson's concerns about updating current
data sets to UK properties. Terry had written a message after we discussed
the issue and ran some experiments saying that the procedure described on
the WG UK Edition webpage (http://www.whollygenes.com/tmg5uk.htm) for
'Applying UK customisations to an existing data set was backwards.

We were wrong. The procedure which had been carefully tested by Bob Velke
and the UK edition test group works as specified. I would add one step (1a)
to clarify things.

1. [Add] a new data set called, e.g., "New stuff".
Leave all boxes unchecked.
1a. Before clicking on [Merge], click on your data set
(the previously existing data set) to select it and then
proceed as follows.

2. [Merge] it with your data set(s) using these settings:
Data set A: Your data set
Data set B: New Stuff
(x) Merge B to A (Data set B remains intact)
3. [Delete] the "New stuff" data set.
