Thanks Lee,

I'm learning something all the time. I went to Report>Individual Narrative
(where I had been before and before to check on the options) and this time I
went up to "Configuration Name" and I found that there were THREE names
there which included those for the two preview icons, so I have fixed it so
that I can use the Individual Narrative Preview Icon to check when I add new
data.

(I must check to see if the same happens to any of the other reports)
