Mark,
Yes, there are two ways. First go to the first field that holds data for
the place, and type F2. That will bring up a list of places that start with
data in that place field. Or if you have just entered the place, go to each
place field and type F3. This will repeat the data just entered. (And
cycles through several entries as well.)
NOTE: If you have set a custom place style for a place, and you forget to
set it in this event, the place style will change to the new place style.
So be sure to set the place style before closing the tag as well.

Subject: [TMG] Entering / Selecting Places
I am a recent convert from UFTree (yes, I know I'm behind) and am still
getting familiar with TMG.
In UFTree, while entering an event, I could enter part of a place name,
press CTRL-D to get a list of similar places, and then, if it was in the
list, select the place I wanted. The selected place would be entered into
the event place field.
TMG has a Master Place List. When entering an event, is it possible to
pick a place from the Master Place List and have it inserted into the event
place fields?
