I do almost the same thing but,,,,,

I don't save it to my filing cabinet. Whenever I want to save something from
this list here's what I do.....

With the posting onscreen click on File in upper left hand corner then click
Save As..name the file whatever you want and then select *.txt as file type
then click save.

This will save the file as a text document in your "My Documents" folder.
You could, of course, choose whatever folder you wanted.
