OK, another item for the "wish list." <sorta G>

But the F2 will work better than the tabbing.

Pat,
If the information is the same or similar, I would use F3.
Say I am entering all my cousins addresses, and they all live in Murfreesboro, TN
I can enter their name in the Addressee field. Then the street address in the detail field, and then use
F3 for city and state. Much faster, and saves on typos.

May I get some clarification? Please help me out on this:

I have a series of people that I am adding, say, a residence for, with different dates.

I make a residence tag for one person.

I make a residence tag for person "B", put the cursor in the "Addressee" field, key in "F2", which
generates a current place list. Then, I begin typing the first few letters of the place (regardless of the
first field), select the appropriate place, enter and out. (I just tried this and it worked).

BUT, is there a quicker way? - say another hot key combination, to put the cursor in the "addressee"
field, hit the hot key, and have all the fields filled out with the immediately previous entries?
Something like Ctrl F3, gives you the last fifteen entries?

Pat (in Tucson)
