Does anyone out there use ACDSee in particular to add captions to TIFF photos.

I have tried this three times now since buying this product - over 250
photos - but each time all captions and anything else I put in to the
properties section seems to get deleted for no apparent reason. I am not
impressed.

If anyone has the answer to this strange behaviour I would like to hear
from them.
