Subject: backing up file error problem

I am trying to back up a file that I have been working on onto floppy in A
drive. at the end of the back up it says operation is performed on a zip
file that is locked or restricted by anoter process. Please check the
destination drive. Would not my destination drive be drive A: and if I have
been entering data into this file that it is unlocked. Could someone on
the list tell me what I am doing wrong :
