What is the complete contents of the Memo for this tag? Can you cut and paste it to the list?

Default tag role sentence:
[:CR:][:CR:]Recorded <[M]> <on the [D]> census <of [L]>

When I run Individual Narrative or any other report, I get this sentence
content even though the default is selected:
[:CR:][:CR:]Recorded <on the [D]> census <of [L]>

* The memo field is NOT printing even though <[M]> in included in the
default sentence.

The only way I can get the memo field to print is to create a local sentence
containing:
[:CR:][:CR:]Recorded [M] <on the [D]> census <of [L]>

It is strange and only occurs for this one person... it does not occur with
other individuals having the exact same tag and role sentence.

Have tried everything I can think of and can't correct the problem except to
use a local sentence. Why is this happening? Suggestions appreciated.
