Stuart,
I have one like that for my TABULAR language. I really like it when doing
census report. It works well. To do that, just name a new language, and
copy your sentence into the role for that language. Then you can still have
your English sentence that will do narratives.

I like the idea. I've been thinking of trying this but it is a tedious task.
Another enhancement: it looks really nice if the entries are set off by CR's
and TABS.
Here's a preliminary experiment with the 1790 census (not quite as
daunting).
[:CR:][:TAB:][P] was recorded in the < [L4]> < [L5]> < [L6]> Federal census
<at [L2]> <[L3]> <[D]>. Based on ages, it is possible that the following
were also living in the household:<[:CR:][:TAB:][:TAB:]Free White Males 16
and up: [R:FWM16UP].><[:CR:][:TAB:][:TAB:]Free White Males under 16:
[R:FWMU16].><[:CR:][:TAB:][:TAB:]Free White Females:
[R:FWFemales].><[:CR:][:TAB:][:TAB:]Other Free Persons:
[R:OtherFreePersons].><[:CR:][:TAB:][:TAB:]Slaves:
[R:Slaves].><[:CR:][:TAB:][M]>
Result:
Mary Jane Emerson was recorded in the Denton County Texas Federal census
in 1790. Based on ages, it is possible that the following were also living
in the household:
Free White Males 16 and up: Milton L. Barton.
Free White Males under 16: Emerson Wade Barton.
Free White Females: Mary Elliott Barton and Nancy Ann Barton.
Other Free Persons: Everett Ward Barton.
Slaves: Thurmond Hardy Barton.
This is an experiment. Delete this tag. Data is purely fictional, not to
mention impossible.
In this arrangement it isn't even critical to separate single and plural
roles.
Sample role sentence
[:CR:][:TAB:]<[D]>, based on age, [R:FWM16UP] may have been counted as a
free white male 16 or older in the household of [P] <at [DETAIL]> <[L]>.
<[M0]>
I tried this out in a journal report, and the more I look at the result, the
more I like it. Maybe I'll try it with 1800.

Bob,
I don't know if this will help, but my Head of Household sentence is
(note
you might want to leave out all the stuff at the front. This is the 1840
census.)
[:CR:][:TAB:]Article I, section 2, of the U.S. Constitution requires that
a
decennial population census, a nationwide enumeration or count of the
