When you have the Change Flag option selected and after the report (unless
suppressed) is displayed on the screen or created to file or printer, TMG
will indicate the number of person that the report will change and ask if
you want to continue with the Flag changes. If you answer Yes then you
will be asked if you also wish the Last Edited Date for such persons to
also be changed (I usually answer No). This is the only "warning" there
ever was. And it never was in red.
