Subject: Cleaning out unused data. v5.15

Can someone advise me as to the following 'problem'
Far too often, when entering data, I omit the capitalisation of a name or
place [i.e. martin jackson instead of Martin Jackson] and move on to the
next field without correcting it. I then notice the error later and correct
it but please tell me - has the non-capitalised word been stored somewhere
or is it cleared out when I use the maintenance functions? If, as I fear,
the words are stored, then having used the program for many years now there
could easily be a big heap of junk somewhere <g>. Actually I have replaced
those in my Places list but where are the names held?
Martin Jackson in sunny Perthshire, Scotland.
