If there are only a few cases of this situation, I would still use the Will
Tag and edit the Tag Sentence as I think best. If there are more than a
very few of these cases, I would create a Custom Tag (also in the Other Tag
Group). I might name this Intestate, Will-Ad, or Admin and have a Tag
Sentence of something like:
[P] <|and [PO]> died intestate.
or
[P] <|and [PO]> died without a will.
or
[P] <|and [PO]> died intestate <and the estate was administered by
[R:Admin[>
In the last case, you would need to add the Role of "Admin" (for
Administrator or Adminiostrix.
In all cases, you could add the Variable for Date and place as desired. In
addition, you could add the Memo field Variable.
