Rae,
One of two ways.
1. Free - I like free, for the screen you want press <CTRL> + <PRNT SCRN>
keys, then open MS Paint (or similar graphics program) and press <CTRL> +
<V> (paste) and you now have a screen shot. However it is the full desktop,
but could be cropped down to what you need. Then File > Save or Save As,
choose the format and file name and you have the screen shot.
2. Purchase a program that is designed to do screen shots. They typically
have options that allow you to choose a specific region, active window, free
hand or full screen. I use FullShot and have for several years, in fact my
version is still several year old and suits my needs perfectly.

Oh good. <G> Want to learn how to do a screen shot.
How do I take a screen shot and then how do I view the screen shot I took?
Using Windows XP Home on both notebook and desktop.

: Lee,
:
: Thanks for the input. But that is really only a way to reduce the list.
So
: today I took 100+ screen shots so I can review when I have the time.
:
: Thank you for your time,
