A tip - assuming you will want to run this report for many different
sources, instead of entering the source number in the filter directly,
make the filter say:

Source number = [?]

Then, when you run the report, you will be asked to fill in the source
number, and even given a chance to search for it in the master source
list. The same trick works for many other filters that you want to run
with different values at different times.
