output file then I think we can continue adjustments of what we need to know.

I just exported one as EMF and inserted it into Word. The properties in
Word indicated that it came in with a scaling factor of 50%. I believe EMF
is a vector graphic format, rather than bitmap (JPEG/BMP), and as such can
be scaled up/down with no loss of detail. The page format used in VCF
probably doesn't matter so much as being able to fit the entire chart onto
a single page and exporting in EMF format. When loaded into Word, use the
image properties to adjust the scaling to fit the region you want.
