You may cite a Source globally -- meaning to _ALL_ persons in a single
data set (the data set in which the Source is assigned) in a
project. There is no provision to add a citation to only a few persons
and/or a few Tags for certain persons.
The Repeat keys ([F3] and Ctrl+[F3]) can be used to speed up the addition
of Source Citations, but the person and Tag must be selected first.
