It is not possible for a virus to be propogated via a RootsWeb mailing list. If you want the details, ask OFF list.

What you are looking at is a "spoofed" From address. The virus picked up the mailing list address from the infected PC (not yours, and not RootsWeb's) and LIED when it sent out the infected message. Delete, forget.
