Would there be a way to view _all_ memos written for _all_ events?

The reason for this is that I also use TMG in French and would like a way to
view all my memos which have all been entered in English. I then use a
software to translate particular memos to French.

Here is an example of what I am doing:

In the marriage event I sometimes have a memo that might say: widower of:
Mary Jane.

When I print my Journal Reports in French to WP this memo field note is
still in its English version. So with WP I can search and find all instances
of _widower of_ and replace with _veuf de_.

I would like to know if I can view to screen or a report all my written
memos, just to make sure they have all followed particular formats.
