Subject: v6 wishlist Add Witness Screen - review tab order

With all the new features on the Add Witness screen, I was continually being
flummoxed at where the cursor is.

After inputting an id number and tabbing twice as was my wont with v5, I
cannot now spot the cursor, which I expected to be in the role box.

After some experimenting and watching, (and waiting seems to now take
forever to acknowledge the id and flash up the matching name), the role name
appears to be the last field before coming back to the id box. So perhaps I
should learn to RTAB instead.

Anyone else noticing this?
(ie both changed cursor tabbing order, and slower speed)
