I agree with Brian's comments about two or more monitors in particular two
monitors has brought to light something I wasn't aware of.
Sometimes I run two Projects side by side. Their common denominator are
persons who fit into the two or more different projects. This probably
basic windows but I have found that I can now copy a block/part sentence
from one project to another and this has proved more than useful where
(some of) the same people appear in both projects or using the same info
text for different people.
There is probably an easier way of doing that but to me this way saves time.
