Yes, you can. If the memo is attached to a Note tag, you might want to
change the tag to another tag type. The Note has a default sentence of

[P] <|and [PO]> [M]

Or something similar. THe "Anecdote" tag has the sentence

[M]

So, you could use the Anecdote tag for the "John Smith was a ..." memos. Or
you could define a custom Tag with the right sentence. Or, you could change
the tag for the specific events. Some TMG users avoid doing that, but the
choice is up to you.
