Tom and Holly,
I am that way too. I don't even like to abbreviate County any more because
then I can't remember if it's county or company. <G> I do still abbreviate
states, because I am having trouble remembering how to spell them. LOL And
sometimes the name is just too long to put on the abbreviation no matter how
much we abbreviate.

Hi Holly,

What you suggest is very true and it would work. I guess my thing is that
I've gotten to the age where I'm not as sharp as I once was. I would like to
cut down the number of abbreviations that I use even though it is an
Abbreviation field :-)
