Upon checking the Names options tab, I see that the "Honor name font styles" checkbox, under "Child names" is grayed out, but is also not checked. In the other grayed out options under "Child names:", I see that "No caps" and "Include surname" are checked. The message at the bottom of that tab says "These options are enabled when the Style on the General tab is set to Custom." But I have not set my report to be a custom -- I left it as "Record (NGSQ). Was that a mistake?
