Veritas RecordNow DX is a CD/DVD recording program. Do you think it came
with your computer or did you recently install it? There is a thread on the

If you have the Veritas Record Disk DX software installed, perhaps
uninstalling it and reinstalling it (if you have the Veritas install file or cd!) will
fix the problem. If you are unable to resolve the problem you may wish to
report it on the Wholly Genes Forum.
