Hello.
I'm trying to move my information from one computer to another - both have TMG 6 installed on them. I made a backup file on floppy and then attempted to restore on the other computer. I keep getting an error message "input file read failure - this error occurs when a file read operation is performed on a ZIP file that is locked or restricted by another process. Please check the destination drive".

I'm not very computer savvy so please if you could give clear "english" directions on how to accomplish this , I would appreciate it.
