Hi Kathryn,
I'm not John <G> but you certainly can do that with the Utility's Change
Name Parts.

Set the filter to:
If Surname ... Equal to ... Coffinberry

Actions:
Change Surname ... Set to ... Coffenberry
And
Change Sortsurname ... Set to ... Coffenberry

(that's assuming you also want to change the Sortsurname)

As always, make a good backup and run Log Only first to prevent
"unintentional" results
