Jim,
This is a problem that is typical of Windows XP, and is not confined
to TMG. Usually when I have deleted all the files in a folder and the
folder is empty, I get the same kind of message when I try to delete the
empty folder. It happens with other programs and situations as well.
The problem seems always to be resolved after shutting down and
restarting Windows, which has become a routine procedure for me. Try
renaming your project, then closing TMG, then restart Windows before
trying to open the project. It appears that once a file or folder is
opened, Windows XP remembers it was open and thinks it is still open.
