Dear Sue,
I don't see any answers to your question from the gurus yet, so I'll try. In
v6, I have found that you have to finish adding the person you are working
on, and the newly checked item (in this case, Sort Date) will appear the
next time that you use the Add Person template. I think I remember that from
v5.16 also. Does that happen for you? Hope this helps. (By the way, I love
the move to v6 from v5 - yes, there are some problems, but I expect they
will get fixed. The new stuff is worth dealing with the problems, to me at
least).
