I had not noticed the "Rename" function under Files. When I tried that,
everything worked fine. Another frustrating newbie lesson learned.<

Each project contains over 80 files, including database and index files, each
file name beginning with the name of your project. The file with the
extension .pjc is a simple text file with the parameters for your project. It is a
common error for newbies to rename that single file in Windows Explorer, with
the problem you ran into. Using Rename Project, tmg will correctly rename
every file in the project for you.
