What do you have to do to get support?

I have a TMG problem with a corrupt place style, which became apparent in
Second site. I wrote to John Cardinal with no response. I reported it on
this forum and then John C replied saying that I should contact Whollygenes.
I did so and staffer Barbara G suggested I send my backup file to them and
she would fix it. As the file was too large for email, I asked for an FTP
site or any other suggestion. No response!

Some time later, while browsing the TMG forum, I noticed Barbara online and
reminded her. I was given FTP details and so tried to upload the data. Had
a few problems with time-outs but it eventually appeared to upload. After a
few days I asked her had it been received. Still no response.

While waiting, I noticed a strange file which I could not delete (~$tmg.exe
only 1kb in size and dated Jan 2004, and the program was not running) and
decided to write directly to Bob Velke in case Barbara was on holidays or
sick, and ask if this could be part of the problem. Still no response!

Can anybody help? Will somebody at least tell me the file arrived and they
are looking at it?

From a dedicated TMG user who is having terrible withdrawal symptoms from
not being able to use the program since 19 March.

I know I could ring, but it is not really practicable from Australia - one
of us would be half asleep.

Linley
