Teresa,
I already answered this question for Linley. The place label "[Parish if
different]" is referenced by the output template, but the label is not
included in the definition of the style. Unfortunately, Linley has found
that TMG won't let him edit the style. That's the question for tech
support... why can't the style be edited??? Evidently, tech support asked to
see the database, but communication issues have stopped the process at that
point. Linley uploaded the file to the WG FTP site, but they don't (didn't)
see it there.
