Subject: TMG v.6 Journal's Index/MSWord 2000

I have generated a custom journal report in TMG v. 6 with a name and
marriage index. I HAVE checked the TMG manual and the HELP file in MS Word
but still do NOT know how to view or print the indexes. Any guidance would
be appreciated.
