When attempting to do a backup, I get the following message:

"Input Read Failure --- This error occurs when a file read operation is
performed on a ZIP file that is locked or restricted by another process.
Please check destination drive."

I am using the default configuration for backup, to A drive; I've done this
successfully many times before. What am I doing wrong?
