Stuart, I like that idea very much. I make a note [CD] of whether it is
an extracted or submitted record in my present sources but I can see
where your method has the advantage of immediate visibility. Would you
be willing to post your definitions so that I, and probably many others,
can get some ideas if we were to go this route?
