No, it is embedded for both v4.x and since. Your v6.0 should be showing
the Reference field, age of the individual, and number of children in a
line following the Tags for that individual and before the prepared date
and preparer name and address.

Flag information may or may not be shown depending on an Option in the
Options (Miscellaneous tab) of the Report Definition Screen. If the
report is generated to the screen or direct to the printer, the
Reference/age/children data will be printed within a light gray bar and the
Flags and prepare information will follow that bar.

If your v6.0 is not showing this information , then it is likely that you
have a somewhat flawed Individual Detail Report Definition file. To
eliminate a problem Report Definition, use Windows Explorer and (with TMG
not running) go to your Reports folder, in the Details View click on the
Type header button to sort the list by Type, find the file having the
configuration name of the Report Definition that you use. Delete this
file. If there are multiple Individual Detail Report Definitions and others
do not have the data line, I would delete the others as well.

Now start up TMG and create a new Individual Details report. You will need
to re-select the Options from prior use for this.

Hope this helps -
