In order to back up to your zip drive you need to go into preferences and change your drive to D. I don't know why the error message refers to a locked zip disk. The same disk I had that was "locked" prior to changing the preferences suddenly and miraculously became unlocked when I changed to drive D. How you were able to back up to a zip disk when your preference was set at Zip A is perhaps another miracle. <g>
