Subject: 6.01 Add a person screen 6.01 - Is the top missing

I commenced adding parents to an existing person. I clicked the
Father/Mother titles at the top left hand side under the person's name on
the person details. This gave me the Tag entry screen Father/Mother-Bio. I
next clicked the Add new person icon top right.

It doesn't look like it used to look. At the top of the Add Screen, didn't
there used to be a Y N ? to indicate whether the new person was either
alive, dead, or status unknown. Mine now commences with Title, Given name
etc at the top.

Would you mind checking to see if it's me or whether it's a BUG or whether I
am dreaming and there wasn't the option in 6.0 to indicate whether the
person was dead or not

I have also checked Add>Add a person at the top of the screen and the same
thing happens

(I have done Reindex; Optimize; VFI; shut the program down and started it
again. Under Preferences I have Data Entry Advanced)
