Hi Virginia,

I added fields to the NAME-VAR tag and removed fields from the tag. Neither
changed the "blank lines" unless it decided to add another. When I use Reset
Template it goes back to the template defaults, but with an extra 3 blank
lines between NAME-VAR/Surety and the Title entry.

When I first added the Flags this morning it put at least 1 blank line with
each tag. I removed and added back all items and was able to get things back
to "normal" except for the NAME-VAR tag.

The problem was reported on the WG forum back on 24 Jan 2005, but hasn't had
a satisfactory answer. It appears that several of us are (still)
experiencing the problem. Earlier today "jreusser" offered a possible
solution by deleting rows from a .dbf table. I don't consider that an option
since I don't think I am tecnically savy enough to fix TMG or my data if it
blows up in my face. HA HA HA See this link:

Like I indicated earlier, this seems somehow related to when I added Flags
to the Add Person screen. I'm not sure how it's all tied together, but when
I added the Flags is when the "blank lines" started showing up. Removing the
Flags does not remove the "blank lines".
