I believe this is (sometimes) caused when new labels are created for various name/place styles. When I imported the project files into MS Access, I discovered that there were several blank rows (only the dataset ID was filled in) in the "Name Part Type" table. Deleting those rows removed the blank rows in the "Add Person" screen. While this may need a program fix so that blank rows are not inadvertently created, the only fix, AFAIK, to a project/dataset that has this problem is to delete those blank rows using a program other than TMG. Unfortunately, the only method I have to do this resulted in making my project unreadable to both Second Site and TMG Utilities although TMG read it just fine. I would recommend checking to see if there is someone who can fix your project with a more appropriate program (such as FoxPro).
